'SaltedOrchard's dream was to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The venture began with the Rossi family in 1985 when they opened a quaint, family-owned pizzeria using recipes passed down for generations.

Our progenitor, Marco Rossi, acquired her pizza-crafting skills throughout her Italian expeditions, especially in Naples - where pizza originated. On her return to the UK, she was resolved to bring the essence of Italian pizza, employing age-old techniques and sourcing the finest produce.

From its inception as a humble 12-seater pizzeria, we have flourished into a cherished pillar of the community, maintaining our dedication to both high standards and the genuine Neapolitan method. Our practices remain traditional, including preparing fresh dough every day and utilizing wood-fired ovens for that unique taste.

Now, 'SaltedOrchard' is still in the care of the Rossi lineage, with the second generation leading a team of devoted staff. While we may have embraced some contemporary conveniences, our mission remains focused: to create delectable, genuine pizza that unites people.
